Historical Washington Items in Auction:

 

**Lithograph from 1864 titled "Soldiers Memorial" which is the Civil War history of Company A, 7th Regiment Maryland Vols.; organized at Hagerstown MD Aug 18, 1862; Mustered into the US Service Aug 20, 1862 at Baltimore for Three Years. Listed on this lithograph are the 11 Battles and 10 Fights, along with the Names of Company Officers, Regimental Officers and Privates. Size with frame 24" x 19".

 

**Framed Marriage certificate of the Bowman Family (pottery) and the Smith Family (the living estate being sold).

 

 

Bowman Pottery from Boonsboro:

We have over 30 pieces of Redware descended in the Bowman Family some marked and dated including banks, pitchers, jugs, crocks, mouse trap, small victorian hanging planter (tiny), funnel, plates, bowl. Many of these pieces were feature pictures shown in "The Pottery of the Shenandoah Valley Region by H. E. Comstock".
