Firearms Terms / Procedures

 

Firearms must be shipped to FFL dealers.

All firearms shipped will be by USPS with insurance and signature required, paid for by the purchaser.

Firearms picked up at our office will be subject to the FBI/NICS paperwork filled out and only transferred by approval from FBI.

All purchases will fully comply with all state and federal laws, Stouffer's Auction Co., Inc. is an FFL dealer, be aware of your state and local laws prior to bidding so there are no restrictions on your purchase by an approved state or local municipality approved firearms list.

Transaction deposits (if any) must be directly with the merchant

 

• -           EXCEPTION:  Antique guns or muzzle loaders (black powder) CAN ship directly to the purchaser, no FFL intermediary required
